How does a user adds new link and why tags are used while adding link?

For any user to first add a link in Escreen needs to open the link tab and press on add a new link. After which the URL link needs to be entered in the box. The link needs to be given a name based on the content along with tags. The tags in a link is mentioned for providing a one word description about the link. This link can be saved in private or be made public to be viewed by the whole organization.
