Password Requirements

Complexity - The password should include a combination of

Minimum Length - The new password must be at least 8 characters long.

Complexity - The password should include a combination of Uppercase letters (A-Z), Lowercase letters (a-z), Numbers (0-9), Special characters (e.g., @, #, $, %, &, *)

Step 1: Go to the My Profile Tab

The Change Password section allows users to update their account password

(a) Enter your Current Password in the designated field to authenticate your request.

• Users must enter their existing password to verify their identity before creating a new password.

(b) Create a New Password that follows the specified requirements

• Users should create a new password that meets the security requirements outlined below.

(c) Re-enter the New Password in the Confirm Password field

• Users must re-enter the new password to confirm it matches the original entry.

Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

Note : - Ensure that the new password is unique and not similar to your previous passwords for better security.

If the current password is incorrect, an error message will prompt you to re-enter it.

After successfully changing your password, consider logging out and logging back in to verify the change.
